Terms of Service
Effective June 10, 2026
1. The service
Designer Reel (operated by AgentSurge, LLC, “we”) turns photos you upload into rendered video reels, with optional branding and AI-written captions. The service is provided by subscription at designerreel.com.
2. Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email. You’re responsible for keeping access to that email secure. One account is for one person or studio; don’t share logins.
3. Subscription & billing
Designer Reel costs $29.99/month, billed automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. We don’t prorate or refund partial months. If a renewal payment fails, access pauses until payment succeeds. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice by email.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the reels you generate. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your photos solely to operate the service (rendering, captioning, delivering your videos). We don’t use your photos to train AI models and we don’t sell or share them for marketing. Only upload photos you own or have rights to use.
5. AI captions
Captions are generated by AI from your photos and descriptions. Review them before posting — you’re responsible for what you publish.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t upload unlawful content, content you don’t have rights to, or content depicting private individuals without their consent. Don’t abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Availability & disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it fast and reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every render will meet your expectations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can cancel and stop using the service at any time. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On account deletion we remove your stored photos and reels within a reasonable period.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
